All items are Antique or vintage, expect some signs of wear consistent with age and use. Antique or vintage pieces will show signs of wear and this will not be regarded as a fault or defect. There is no guarantee offered past the point of sale, items are sold as seen. 

Please study the images provided, they are taken with a close up macro lens to show every aspect in minute detail and help form part of the description.

Sometimes orders may be rejected, for example, because a piece is no longer available or because you are located outside our delivery areas. When this happens, we let you know as soon as possible and refund any sums you have paid.

Shipping policies.

Free Worldwide shipping.

United Kingdom orders are dispatched the next working day once cleared payment is confirmed, shipped securely with Royal mail Special delivery. This service Includes up to £750 compensation with additional cover up to £2,500 available. All items are sent insured for the sale amount, the maximum being £2,500.

International orders are shipped securely with DHL EXPRESS, collection and shipping via DHL will be booked the next working day once cleared payment is confirmed. All items are insured for the sale amount. Customs forms are completed accurately with the relevant information and commodity codes.

Customs duties, fees and any import taxes may be incurred and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Return policies. 

Antiquevintagejewels abides by the U.K. law regarding distance selling regulations by offering a 14 day no quibble return policy.

Should a return be requested the customer must notify by email within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel and a return address will be provided. They then have another 14 days to return the goods. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Returned items should be sent fully insured with any returns from outside of the United Kingdom shipped with the correct and accurate customs forms clearly marked as a UK RETURN. Any import taxes or duties charged will be deducted from the refund amount.

If a buyer returns an item, it should be returned in the same condition in which it was received, containing all items that were in the original package.

If the returned item shows signs of further use, damage or missing any parts, or is damaged during the return delivery because it was not packaged correctly a refund will not be eligible. 

Once your return is received and inspected, should the return be accepted an email will be sent to notify you that we have received your returned item and that your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days.
