Returns can be requested by email or using the contact us form within 14 days of receiving goods informing intent to return and a return address will be provided. The customer then has another 14 days to return the goods. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Returned items should be sent fully insured with any returns from outside of the United Kingdom shipped with the correct and accurate customs forms clearly marked as a UK RETURN. Any import taxes or duties charged will be deducted from the refund amount.
If a buyer returns an item, it should be returned in the same condition in which it was received, containing all items that were in the original package.
If the returned item shows signs of further use, damage or missing any parts, or is damaged during the return delivery because it was not packaged correctly a refund will not be eligible.
